About Carl Newman – Owner & General Manager, Caring Transitions of Boca Raton With a career rooted in law enforcement and community service, I’ve spent over two decades protecting and supporting people through life’s most challenging moments. As the Owner and General Manager of Caring Transitions, I bring that same dedication, empathy, and respect to every family we assist. My background in community policing taught me the importance of listening, staying organized, and always showing compassion—especially to those who are vulnerable or in transition. These values are at the heart of everything we do at Caring Transitions. What drew me to this work was simple: I love helping people. Supporting seniors and their families through life changes—whether it’s relocating, downsizing, or estate clearing—is more than a job to me; it’s a calling. I believe in treating every client like family and making these transitions as smooth, respectful, and positive as possible. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with my own family, and staying connected to my community. I'm honored to lead a team that’s passionate about making a difference in people’s lives, one move at a time.
